Career Coaching For Mid-Career Professionals Reimagining What's Next

Start down your best path to success!
My career coaching practice is for people like you, mid-career professionals who are rethinking or reimagining what they want to do next, who are ready to put in the time and energy to do the work to make that happen, and who have the courage to dance with the fear that comes along with making a change so that they can continue to thrive, stay connected to, and deliver meaningful work that matters to them.
You may be ready to work with a coach like me if:
-You're feeling burned out, de-motivated, stagnant, or find yourself constantly day dreaming about doing something different- and maybe even completely different-from what you're doing now;
-You want to uncover career opportunities that resonate with you and that align with your energy, values and experience so that you can do the work that you want to do, with the people who recognize and appreciate what you bring to the table;
-You're feeling stuck, or lost, and want to identify what you may be doing, or are resisting doing that is holding you back so that you can finally move forward with clarity and confidence.
What is my role as your Coach?
My role is to ask questions that will help you:
-Align your personal and professional goals and values so you can show up prepared and motivated to do the work you want to do;
-Identify what you may be doing, or resisting doing that is holding you back, and show you how to effectively manage those saboteurs so you can continue to grow;
-Stay focused and accountable, challenge your assumptions, and help you think differently;
-Develop an action plan to get you where you want to go next with clarity and confidence.
What is your role as the Client?
Your role is to be an active participant in this collaborative process, which means you come to each session prepared to do the work -I don't do it for you. This can be one of the most challenging concepts to grasp, but once you make this mindset shift, you'll be delighted to discover that you'll get into the practice and habit of recognizing what actions you need to take sooner, when you may be backsliding, and how to course correct to keep moving forward.
Is Coaching a good option for you? It depends.
-If you're considering changing jobs, switching careers, or want to become even more effective in the role you're in-then yes, coaching may be a good option for you.
-If you've been laid off, want to recover from a career setback, or navigate a career plateau -then yes, coaching may be a good option for you.
-If you just want someone to listen to your problems, tell you what to do, don't believe you need to change, or don't want to change- then no.
-If you just want someone to rewrite your resume or LinkedIn profile -then no. There are some great Resume Writers and LinkedIn Profile How-to Experts on LinkedIn; do a search on LinkedIn and find the one that is right for you.
What's the process like?
We meet for an hour twice a month over the phone or over Zoom. You can choose to meet for between 9-12 sessions. Consistency and momentum are key. Ideally, we set aside the same day of the week/time of day for your sessions so that you build and develop the habit of acting on the changes you want to make.
How much time outside of each session will I be spending on “action items?”
It varies with each individual, but between three and five hours between sessions. Like anything else in life, the more you choose to put into it, the stronger the outcome will be.
This sounds what I'm looking for-how much will it cost?
$175 per one hour session.
